QuestCom Completes Samsung Austin Semiconductor Fire Alarm System – Taylor, TX

Questcom provided a complete turn-key fire alarm voice evacuation and mass notification system for the CUB Building at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC in Taylor, Texas. The system was designed in accordance with the 2021 International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), and applicable local amendments, and implemented as part of a large, campus-style networked fire alarm system supporting Samsung’s semiconductor operations.

QuestCom’s scope included full system design, installation, permitting coordination, testing, and commissioning. The system was fully integrated to support coordinated emergency communications, supervision, and control of building emergency and ancillary functions across the broader campus environment, delivering a scalable and mission-critical life-safety solution.
