February 5, 2026The QuestCom Group partnered with the DSF8 Amazon fulfillment center in Richmond, California to deliver a comprehensive HVAC controls upgrade and building management system (BMS) retrofit within an active facility. In collaboration with CBRE, QuestCom’s BMS Installation Division executed more than 1,200 labor hours over the course of one month, maintaining strict safety standards while working alongside ongoing site operations. Through close coordination with Amazon personnel, the team strategically planned installation areas and schedules, resulting in the seamless and successful integration of all HVAC equipment into the building management system.
